Preservation Trust
Waltham Windmill Trust manages the Waltham Windmill site.
The current windmill is on a 99 year lease from North East Lincolnshire County Council to the Trust.
The Trust comprises of a committee made up of 3 Parish Councillors, 6 North East Lincolnshire Councillors and 3 members of The Waltham Windmill Preservation Society.
The Trust is responsible for the repair and upkeep of the mill and managing the site as a whole.
